Instruction Course Information

We offer a 3 day crane instruction course. During this course the following topics will be covered for to up to 10 attendees:

1. Basic Setup and Operation

2. Ground Conditions

3. Overhead Power Lines

4. Boom Flex and the Effects on the Load

5. Load Charts and How to Read Them

6. Final day of instruction is an all hands on crane operation and field hand signals lesson

We also offer an instruction course on Rigging. The Rigging Course will instruct on the following topics:

1. Rigging and Signal Person Training

2. Responsibility of the Signalman

3. Hand Signals

4. Creating and Controlling the Lift Sight

5. Universal Terminology

When you request a quote for instruction services the pricing will be based upon the following information:

3 Day Crane Instruction Course:

$400 per head for a 10 person class per day of instruction, billed for a total of 10 attendees regardless of the actual number of attendees. This comes out to $4000.00 per day of instruction.

Travel expenses are a flat $1850.00.
